Welcome Entrance
Hi from Arkansas! We just had to take a few moments to send you a note to tell you about our wonderful experience at “Alpen Rose RV Park.” We made our reservation in February and were excited to be able to reserve the time we wanted to be there…June 25 thru July 8 The gentleman my husband spoke with said “I have a great site for you,” so we booked our stay. When we arrived we were blessed to have been assigned to site “80.”
My goodness we were so very happy to walk out our camper door and there were beautiful mountains right in front of us. We loved watching the trains leave and return daily from Durango as they passed our campground. We loved the peacefulness at the campground. The people working at Alpen Rose were fantastic. All the workers were friendly and waved and smiled each time they passed by.
We have a third member that came with us, our Yorkie, Rocky. It was so great to have a huge dog park right out our front door that we could take him to run, play and “swim” in the ditches! He met several new Canine friends during our stay. Another reason we chose Alpen Rose was because you offered a “Dog Walkers” service. That service was wonderful, and when we were gone all day we knew our Rocky was taken care of. Special “thanks” to Dottie, Hazel, and Jack for taking care of our Rocky when needed.
